Bentley Systems, Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSY) announced the promotion of Andy Rahden to Chief Revenue Officer, succeeding Brock Ballard in the role.
Rahden previously served as senior vice president of Solution Engineering and Services at Bentley, a position he held since joining the company in 2023. In that role, he led the company's global team of application engineers, solution architects, consultants, and technical account managers.
Before joining Bentley, Rahden served as CEO of educational technology company Shmoop. His earlier career included founding Pluralsight's Creative, Design, and Engineering group ahead of the company's 2018 IPO, leading global technical sales teams at Autodesk, and roles in water infrastructure design at Baker Hughes. He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah.
CEO Nicholas Cumins said: "Leading the adoption of AI in infrastructure requires deep account intimacy and a fast feedback loop with our product teams. Andy's technical sales pedigree and entrepreneurial mindset make him uniquely equipped to sustain our momentum and drive our next wave of growth from AI. Given our confidence in our full-year outlook, this is the right time for this transition."
Cumins also thanked outgoing CRO Brock Ballard for his leadership.
