Bayridge Resources names Gurleen Kaur as interim CFO and secretary
Bayridge Resources Corp. (CSE: BYRG) (OTCQB: BYRRF) (FSE: O0K0) announced the appointment of Gurleen Kaur as interim Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately.
The appointment follows the resignation of Patience Pachawo from both roles at the Vancouver-based company.
Kaur is a Chartered Professional Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. She currently serves as Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Advisory Services at Treewalk Ventures Inc., a professional services advisory firm in Vancouver.
Prior to her current position, Kaur worked at Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP, where she advanced from Accountant to Senior Manager in Audit and Assurance.
Bayridge Resources operates as a green energy company with a portfolio of Canadian uranium projects. The company's primary asset is the Baker Lake Uranium Project in Nunavut's Kivalliq Region, in which it holds a 51% interest. The project encompasses 83 contiguous claims covering 619 square kilometers.
