Battery Mineral Resources Corp. (TSXV: BMR) (OTCQB: BTRMF) appointed Jennifer Fulton Anderson as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 31, 2025. Max Satel departed the company on the same date.
Fulton Anderson brings over 20 years of finance and leadership experience across natural resources and commodity-linked industries. Her background includes equity research covering Latin American metals and mining companies, and investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
She has held multiple senior executive positions over the past decade, including Chief Financial Officer roles in private equity-backed environments. Fulton Anderson has experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, and holds professional experience in Latin America with fluency in Spanish. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Literature from Dartmouth College.
Battery Mineral Resources operates the Punitaqui Mining Complex, a copper, gold and silver mine in Chile's Coquimbo region. The company also owns ESI Energy Services Inc. and holds North American mineral exploration assets.
