Avicanna names Nick Hilborn as permanent CFO

Avicanna Inc. (TSX: AVCN) (OTCQX: AVCNF) (FSE: 0NN) has promoted Nick Hilborn, CPA, CA, to Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a press release from the Toronto-based biopharmaceutical company.

Hilborn had served as Interim CFO since September 2025 and previously held the role of Vice President of Finance at Avicanna since July 2024. Before joining the company, he held positions at Telus, EY, and PwC.
