Asia Pacific Wire & Cable names Brian Ma as CFO

Asia Pacific Wire & Cable Corporation Limited (NASDAQ: APWC) announced Brian Ma will replace Ben Lee as Chief Financial Officer effective April 30, 2026. The Taiwan-based company stated Lee departed for relocation plans.

Ma will initially serve as Acting Chief Financial Officer until the Board of Directors considers his permanent appointment, according to Chief Executive Officer Yuan Chun Tang.

Ma brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including previous CFO roles at ExoOne Bio Co., Ltd., GuardForce AI and Summi (Group) Holdings Limited. He previously held senior financial positions at Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank and other financial institutions in Taiwan.

Ma holds a Certified Practising Accountant designation from CPA Australia, a Master of Business Administration from Da-Yeh University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Soochow University.
