Asia Pacific Wire & Cable names Brian Ma as CFO

Asia Pacific Wire & Cable Corporation Limited (NASDAQ: APWC) announced Brian Ma replaced Ben Lee as Chief Financial Officer effective April 30, 2026. The Taipei-based company thanked Lee for his service and cited his relocation plans.

Ma initially serves as Acting Chief Financial Officer until the Board of Directors considers his permanent appointment, according to Chief Executive Officer Yuan Chun Tang.

Ma brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior roles at publicly listed companies. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at ExoOne Bio Co., GuardForce AI and Summi (Group) Holdings Limited. Ma also held senior financial positions at Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank.

Ma holds Certified Practising Accountant credentials and membership in CPA Australia. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Da-Yeh University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Soochow University.
