Archrock names Mohit Singh as CFO, effective July 6

Archrock, Inc. (NYSE: AROC) has appointed Mohit Singh as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, 2026, according to a company statement.



Singh brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector, including roles in oil and gas operations, investment banking, and corporate finance. He most recently served as CFO of Expand Energy Corporation, the company formed through the 2024 merger of Chesapeake Energy Corporation and Southwestern Energy Company. Singh had been CFO at Chesapeake since 2021 and remained in that role at Expand Energy until August 2025.



Before Chesapeake, Singh held senior positions at BPX Energy, BP's U.S. onshore subsidiary, where he led mergers and acquisitions, business development, and operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and RBC Capital Markets, and began his career at Shell Exploration and Production Company.



Singh holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BTech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology – Kanpur. He has also served as an independent director of Powell Industries since 2024.



Singh succeeds Douglas S. Aron, who previously announced his intention to retire.

Archrock is a Houston-based natural gas compression services company focused on midstream energy infrastructure.
