Applied Aerospace & Defense names Chris Rogers president and CSO

Applied Aerospace & Defense (NYSE: AADX) has appointed Chris Rogers to the newly created role of President and Chief Strategy Officer, the company announced in a press release.
Rogers will oversee strategy and operations across the enterprise, including corporate strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, government relations, communications, and investor relations. The appointment follows the company's initial public offering in June 2026.
Before joining Applied Aerospace & Defense, Rogers spent more than 20 years at Harris Williams, where he served as Managing Director and Head of the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group. Earlier in his career, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy.
CEO Trip Ferguson commented on the appointment: "As President and Chief Strategy Officer, Chris will have expanded influence over our strategic and industrial direction. He is a proven leader whose focus on execution will help us to meet the demanding requirements of our growing customer base."
The appointment comes ahead of the company's financial earnings call scheduled for August 12, 2026.
