Amrize names Mario Gross as Building Envelope president

Amrize (NYSE: AMRZ) has appointed Mario Gross as President of its Building Envelope division, effective September 11, 2026, according to a company statement.
Gross succeeds Jake Gosa, who is stepping down from the role. The company said Gosa is committed to a smooth transition.
Gross has served on Amrize's Executive Committee as Chief Supply Chain Officer since the company's listing on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2025. Before that, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Building Envelope business from 2024 to 2025. He previously held commercial and operational roles at Holcim and Sika.
Chairman and CEO Jan Jenisch said in the statement: "Mario is an exceptional leader with deep operational expertise, understanding of our Building Envelope business and a track record of delivering results."
Amrize reported $11.8 billion in revenue in 2025. The company is also listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and operates more than 1,000 sites across the United States and Canada.
