Americold names Chris Papa as CFO effective February 23

Americold Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: COLD) announced Christopher Papa will join the company as executive vice president and chief financial officer on February 23, 2026.
Papa brings nearly 40 years of experience in real estate finance and currently serves as executive vice president and CFO at CenterPoint Properties. He previously held CFO positions at Post Properties and Liberty Property Trust and began his career in public accounting as a certified public accountant.
"His extensive real estate experience and strong financial acumen align well with our strategic focus as we continue to execute against our 2026 priorities," said Rob Chambers, CEO of Americold.
Jay Wells, the current CFO, has departed the company. Scott Henderson, Americold's chief investment officer, will serve as interim CFO during the transition period.
The company also announced Nathan Harwell, chief legal officer, will assume the expanded role of chief people officer while maintaining his current responsibilities. Harwell will oversee legal, compliance, and human resources functions.
Americold reaffirmed its 2025 adjusted funds from operations outlook, expecting fourth-quarter AFFO per share of $0.36 to $0.38. The company plans to release fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results on February 19, 2026.
The Atlanta-based company operates more than 230 temperature-controlled logistics facilities across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and South America, totaling approximately 1.4 billion refrigerated cubic feet.
