Altigen promotes Joe Hamblin to president and chief operating officer

Altigen Technologies Inc. (OTCQB: ATGN) announced the promotion of Joe Hamblin to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. The company provides AI-enabled customer engagement, communications, and cloud solutions.

Hamblin will oversee day-to-day operations including product development, cloud services, consulting services, and go-to-market execution. Jeremiah Fleming will continue serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.

In his new role, Hamblin will work with the executive leadership team to scale Altigen's AI-powered SaaS platforms and consulting business. The company stated he will focus on operational excellence to drive growth.

"Joe has been instrumental in executing Altigen's strategic business transformation plans," Fleming said in the announcement. "His leadership skills, domain expertise and relentless focus on execution make him the ideal person to assume the role of President and COO."

Hamblin has led initiatives spanning product modernization, operational efficiency, and customer-focused innovation since joining the company. The announcement noted his role in Altigen's transformation into what it describes as a modern AI-enabled solutions provider.
