Allogene Therapeutics CFO Geoffrey Parker to retire in November

Allogene Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ALLO) announced that Geoffrey Parker, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire effective November 6, 2026.
Parker will continue to lead the company's finance organization until his retirement date while Allogene conducts an external search for his successor, according to a press release statement.
Zachary Roberts, M.D., Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Allogene, commented on Parker's departure: "His financial leadership and commitment to the organization have helped position Allogene to advance our programs with discipline and focus."
Parker said he remains "deeply confident in Allogene's strategy and the potential of its pipeline" and that he looks forward to supporting a smooth transition over the coming months.
Allogene is a clinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in South San Francisco focused on the development of allogeneic CAR T cell products for cancer and autoimmune disease.
