Alight names three executives in leaves and broker partnerships

Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a benefits administration company, has appointed three executives to senior roles spanning consultant and broker relationships, clinical operations, and leave administration delivery.
Jodi Bryant has been named Senior Vice President of Consultant & Broker Relationships. She brings more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, and retirement, with prior roles at Putnam Investments, Mercer, Aetna, and bswift. Most recently, she held commercial leadership positions at Headspace Health, Family First, and Noom.
Dr. Steven Serra has been appointed Global Head of Clinical Operations, Leaves. A board-certified physician in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, he brings more than 25 years of experience across disability, absence management, and clinical operations. He previously served as National Medical Director for Aetna Commercial & Specialty Markets.
Kelly Dieppa has been named Senior Vice President and Leaves Operating Leader. She brings 25 years of experience in claims operations and service delivery transformation. She most recently led Absence, Disability and Clinical Vocational Claim Operations at MetLife, where she oversaw operations across the United States and India.
Allison Bassiouni, Chief Delivery Officer at Alight, said the three executives "bring significant industry experience, deep expertise, strategic leadership and invaluable relationships to their respective domains."
The appointments were announced in a press release from the Deerfield, Illinois-based company.
