AlTi Global names deputy CFO as next chief financial officer

AlTi Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI) announced that Patrick Keenan will become Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2026, succeeding Mike Harrington, who plans to retire.
Keenan currently serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at AlTi and has held senior finance roles at the company for more than four years. He will report to President and Chief Operating Officer Kevin Moran.
Prior to AlTi, Keenan held a senior finance and accounting leadership position at Aflac Global Investments and earlier worked at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, where he advised financial services firms on financial transformation, IPO readiness and complex transactions. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Villanova University.
CEO Nancy Curtin said in a statement: "Patrick's appointment reflects both the strength of our internal leadership bench and our confidence in AlTi's future."
Board Chair Tim Keaney said the transition was approached "with a focus on continuity, long-term leadership and the needs of the business."
AlTi manages or advises on approximately $90 billion in combined assets and employs approximately 490 professionals globally.
