AdaptHealth names Harriss Currie as CFO, effective Sept. 9

AdaptHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: AHCO) has appointed Harriss T. Currie as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 9, 2026, according to a company statement.



Currie will succeed Jason Clemens, who will remain with the company through October 1, 2026 to assist with the transition.



Currie brings experience from several CFO roles in the healthcare sector. He served as CFO of Luminex Corp (NASDAQ: LMNX) for more than 15 years until the company was acquired by DiaSorin in 2021. He subsequently held CFO positions at Impulse Dynamics from 2022 to 2023 and Health Track Rx from 2025 to 2026, and served as President of the Regenerative Medicine division of 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD) from 2023 to 2025. He holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and previously worked as an audit manager at Deloitte & Touche.



Chief Executive Officer Suzanne Foster said in the statement: "We are delighted to welcome Harriss to AdaptHealth and look forward to the meaningful contributions we expect he will make in both the short and long term."



AdaptHealth provides home medical equipment, medical supplies, and related services, serving approximately 4.5 million patients annually across all 50 states through roughly 670 locations in 48 states.
