ALUULA Composites names Zhe Choo as chief financial officer

ALUULA Composites Inc. (TSXV: AUUA) (OTCQB: AUUAF) announced the appointment of Zhe Choo as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 8, 2026.

Choo previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Kits Eyecare Ltd., where she worked for nearly six years. During her tenure at KITS, the company's annual revenue grew from $75 million to over $200 million. She was responsible for establishing manufacturing operations reporting, building analytical and reporting infrastructure, and recruiting finance teams.

Choo is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and began her career with PwC and EY. She has over 20 years of international experience supporting technology and manufacturing companies across financial reporting, planning, risk management, governance, and capital markets readiness.

ALUULA Composites manufactures ultra-light, high-performance composite materials for outdoor gear and commercial equipment. The company is based in Victoria, British Columbia.
