AIML concludes consulting agreement, names CEO as president

AI/ML Innovations Inc. (CSE:AIML)(OTCQB: AIMLF)(FWB:42FB) announced that its consulting agreement with Campfire Properties Inc. has concluded and Peter Kendall is no longer serving as the company's President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective December 29, 2025.

Paul Duffy, CEO and Chairman of AIML, will assume the additional role of President following Kendall's departure. "On behalf of the Board, we thank Mr. Kendall for his service and wish him the best in his future pursuits," Duffy said in a statement.

The Toronto-based company operates in the digital health technology sector, focusing on artificial intelligence and neural networks applications. AIML's shares trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange, OTCQB Venture Market, and Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The announcement was made in a press release statement from the company.
