AEye names Laura Wrisley as chief revenue officer

AEye, Inc. (Nasdaq: LIDR) has appointed Laura Wrisley as Chief Revenue Officer, effective August 18, 2026, according to a company statement.
Wrisley brings more than two decades of experience in data transport, lidar, and autonomous robotics. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Vayu Robotics, which was subsequently acquired by Serve Robotics, where she led market strategy and commercialization for an autonomous delivery platform.
Before that role, Wrisley spent over four years at Velodyne Lidar, reaching the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. In that capacity, she built commercial relationships with automotive OEMs including Ford, GM, Hyundai, and Volvo, and expanded the business into robotics, drones, mapping, and defense markets.
In her new role, Wrisley will lead AEye's Sales and Business Development team, focusing on go-to-market strategy and execution.
"Laura's track record of scaling revenue and her deep knowledge of the Physical AI market make her the right leader to convert our commercial opportunities into revenue," said AEye CEO Matt Fisch.
