TTM Technologies names Edwin Roks as CEO effective September 2

TTM Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: TTMI) announced the appointment of Edwin Roks as president and chief executive officer, effective September 2, 2025. Roks will also join the company's board of directors as a Class II director with a term expiring at the 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.
Roks succeeds Thomas T. Edman, who will retire after serving as CEO since 2014. Edman will become an advisor to the chairman to assist with the transition until January 1, 2026, and will continue serving on the board and Government Security Committee beyond that date.
Roks previously served as CEO of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated until April 2025. During his tenure at Teledyne, he contributed to the company's growth in digital imaging and oversaw the integration of major acquisitions. His background spans the aerospace, defense, and industrial electronics industries.
"Edwin's proven leadership, deep industry knowledge, strong technical and operational expertise, and strategic vision make him the ideal leader to guide TTM into its next phase of growth and innovation," said Rex Geveden, chair of TTM's board of directors.
TTM Technologies manufactures technology solutions including mission systems, radio frequency components, RF microwave assemblies, and printed circuit boards. The Santa Ana, California-based company serves customers across aerospace, defense, industrial, and communications markets.
