Twitter (TWTR) Sues U.S. Over Security Request Disclosure Restrictions

Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) has sued the U.S. government over limits placed on the company in disclosing national security requests.
Reports on Tuesday have Twitter saying restrictions from the Justice Department violate the company's first-amendment rights.
While several other technology companies entered a settlement with the U.S. over an allowable scope of disclosure, Twitter said it is looking to disclose more in its twice-a-year reports.
The suit is embedded below. Shares of Twitter are up 2.4 percent.
