Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (the “Company” or “MPT”) (NYSE: MPW) today announced that it has reached an agreement with Viceroy Research LLC (“Viceroy”) and its members to mutually settle and dismiss the defamation lawsuit originally filed in federal court on March 30, 2023. The parties have agreed to keep the terms of the settlement confidential.
