Datavault AI hires Kasowitz LLP to strengthen IP litigation capabilities

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced the appointment of Kasowitz LLP and Marc Kasowitz to enhance the company's intellectual property and litigation capabilities.

The law firm will work with Datavault AI's existing counsel to advise on intellectual property litigation, patent strategy, technology-related disputes, and protection of the company's AI, data science, acoustic transmission, digital twin, and data monetization technologies.

Marc Kasowitz, founder and managing partner of Kasowitz LLP, brings experience in complex intellectual property and commercial litigation involving advanced technologies. He co-founded the New York-based litigation firm in 1993 and has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation and the National Law Journal for his trial work.

"As Data Vault AI continues to rapidly scale its technology platform and grow its global intellectual property portfolio, strengthening our litigation and enforcement capabilities is a strategic priority," said Nathaniel Bradley, Chief Executive Officer of Datavault AI.

Datavault AI operates through two divisions: an Acoustic Science Division that includes WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian technologies for wireless HD sound, and a Data Science Division focused on data perception, valuation, and monetization across multiple industries including sports, biotech, education, fintech, real estate, healthcare, and energy.

The Philadelphia-based company's platform includes the Information Data Exchange for Digital Twins and name, image and likeness licensing, according to the company's statement.
