Allied Gaming settles legal dispute, plans AI and cryptocurrency expansion

Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: AGAE) announced it reached a settlement with Knighted Pastures LLC and concluded related legal proceedings. The company said the resolution removes external uncertainty and allows management to focus on strategic initiatives.

Allied plans to implement AI and token-enabled initiatives throughout 2026 through mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and internal development. The company is evaluating potential M&A opportunities across AI infrastructure, cryptocurrency, and digital ecosystem applications.

The company intends to complete issuance of a cryptocurrency called "Allied Coin" in 2026, subject to legal, regulatory, and operational considerations. Allied reported having a user base of more than 20 million across the Asia-Pacific region.

The strategic plan centers on two areas: digital infrastructure and tokenized asset platforms, and AI-driven consumer ecosystems. For infrastructure, Allied is focusing on optical communication networks, computing power resources, and fiber infrastructure. The company is exploring tokenization models for infrastructure-backed assets.

The AI-driven ecosystem includes gaming and entertainment platforms, education platforms, and smart devices. These will incorporate AI-enhanced content, token-integrated environments, and intelligent consumer hardware.

"With the resolution of these matters, Allied is now fully focused on execution," said James Li, chairman and chief executive officer. "We are actively advancing a range of M&A and strategic partnership opportunities and accelerating the development of our AI and tokenized digital asset initiatives."
