AbCellera settles patent litigation with Bruker for $36 million

AbCellera Biologics Inc. (NASDAQ: ABCL) announced it reached a settlement and patent license agreement with Bruker Corporation, resolving patent litigation between the companies globally.
Under the settlement terms, Bruker will pay AbCellera $36 million upfront plus future royalty payments on sales of Bruker's Beacon Optofluidic platform products worldwide through the life of the licensed patents, according to the company's statement.
AbCellera is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing antibody-based medicines in endocrinology, women's health, immunology, and oncology.
