World Bank to end China lending by 2031, FT reports
Investing.com -- The World Bank plans to limit its lending to China to no more than $2 billion through 2031 and will stop providing loans to the country after that date, the Financial Times reported Tuesday.
The multilateral lender submitted the proposal to its board, according to the newspaper. Board members are scheduled to discuss the plan during the week of July 20.
