Wella Company files for US IPO, plans NYSE listing
Investing.com -- Wella Company, the owner of OPI nail polish and Wella hair products, filed for a U.S. initial public offering on Monday, according to a regulatory filing.
The company said it plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'WELA'.
Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities, KKR, and J.P. Morgan are among the underwriters for the offering.
