Venezuela earthquake death toll climbs to 1,943

E-mailInvesting.com -- The number of fatalities from twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela last Wednesday has risen to 1,943, lawmaker Jorge Rodriguez said on Tuesday. The number of injured people nearly doubled to 10,571.
On Monday, the death toll stood at 1,719.
