Top investors take over half of Madison Air Solutions oversubscribed IPO

Investing.com -- The 10 largest investors in Madison Air Solutions Corp.'s initial public offering acquired more than 55% of available shares, Bloomberg reported Thursday.
The top 25 investors in the ventilation and filtration systems company's IPO reportedly secured over 75% of shares.
The offering was oversubscribed by double digits.
Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange later Thursday under the ticker symbol MAIR.
Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Barclays Plc, Jefferies Financial Group Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co. were among the banks that worked on the offering.ubscribi
