Super Micro Computer stock climbed 5.0% in morning trading, continuing a multi-day rally in AI server hardware stocks that began earlier this week following a Goldman Sachs research report.
The Goldman Sachs report, published earlier this week, projected the global AI server market will reach approximately $1.5 trillion by 2030, with AI-specific servers representing the majority of that total. The forecast has drawn additional capital into Supermicro shares.
The company entered its current fiscal year with an order backlog exceeding $60 billion in new AI infrastructure commitments. Management has issued guidance for full-year fiscal 2027 revenue between $65 billion and $72 billion.
Analyst consensus estimates for FY2027 earnings per share have been revised higher in recent weeks. The company's liquid-cooled GPU server platform captures up to 98% of system heat while reducing facility power consumption, positioning it as a rack-scale integrator for hyperscale data center operators.
The company's next earnings report is scheduled for November 3, 2026. Monday's stock movement reflects the ongoing sector re-rating rather than company-specific news.
