Standard Nuclear seeks to raise up to $383.3M in US IPO
Investing.com -- Standard Nuclear said on Tuesday it aims to raise up to $383.25 million through its initial public offering in the United States.
The nuclear fuel company is offering 18,250,000 shares of Class A common stock with a price range between $18.00 and $21.00 per share, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
The company has applied to list its Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol STDN.
Standard Nuclear is an American aerospace and defense technology firm that develops and manufactures tristructural-isotropic (TRISO) nuclear fuels. The company produces high-assay low-enriched uranium (HALEU) fuels with layered ceramic coatings designed to withstand extreme temperatures without melting. The technology primarily serves small modular reactors (SMRs) for commercial and industrial power deployment.
BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays, UBS Investment Bank, Evercore ISI, RBC Capital Markets, William Blair, and Stifel are serving as underwriters for the offering.
