SpaceXAI brings Grok to Microsoft Outlook

Investing.com -- SpaceXAI announced Tuesday it is launching Grok as a Microsoft Outlook add-in, bringing artificial intelligence capabilities directly into users' email inboxes.

The add-in allows Grok to summarize email threads, compose replies, and organize mailboxes. Users can open lengthy email conversations and ask Grok to provide summaries of decisions, action items, and pending responses.

The tool can process multiple recent emails simultaneously, archiving completed conversations, filtering unwanted messages, and identifying emails requiring replies. Grok also reads attachments and searches the web and X platform without requiring users to leave Outlook.

For email composition, users can provide brief notes that Grok expands into full replies matching their writing style. The system can also draft new messages and adjust elements such as subject lines, recipients, and tone based on user requests. Messages remain in draft form until users manually send them.

Grok for Outlook is available Tuesday to all paid X and SuperGrok subscribers as a Microsoft 365 add-in through the Microsoft Marketplace. SpaceX AI said the tool is also available for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
