Source Agriventures files for Nasdaq IPO under ’SRAV’
Investing.com -- Source Agriventures Inc. filed a Registration Statement on Form S-11 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, proposing an initial public offering of its common stock. The Carson City, Nevada-based real asset company intends to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “SRAV,” subject to official notice of issuance.
Aegis Capital Corp. is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The company has applied to list its common stock on the exchange, though pricing parameters and the total number of shares to be offered remain undisclosed in the preliminary prospectus.
Financial results outlined in the filing highlight the early-stage nature of the company’s operations. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, Source Agriventures reported revenue of $37,330 and a net loss of $114,040, compared to revenue of $38,548 and a net loss of $33,820 in the prior-year period. As of June 30, 2026, the company held $1,643,870 in cash and total assets of $5,470,542 against liabilities of $484,118.
Proceeds from the proposed offering are earmarked to acquire additional agricultural properties across the U.S. Midwest and Sun Belt regions, expand its renewable energy footprint, and invest selectively in early-stage agtech technologies. Management also intends to utilize capital to explore the co-location of AI data center infrastructure on suitable farmland assets.
