Raytheon wins $105.6 million contract for missile parts

Investing.com -- The U.S. Department of War awarded Raytheon Co. a $105.6 million contract modification for Advance Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles parts purchases. The Tucson, Arizona-based company received the firm-fixed-price modification to a previously awarded contract.

Work on the project will take place in Tucson, Arizona, with completion expected by Aug. 31, 2027.

The contract includes military sales to 30 countries: Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

The Department of War allocated $61.5 million from fiscal 2025 missile procurement funds, $8.3 million from fiscal 2025 weapons procurement funds (Navy), and $35.6 million from Foreign Military Sales funds at the time of award.

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia serves as the contracting activity.
