Monday.com shares gained 3.9% in morning trading on Tuesday as investor interest continued following the launch of the company's Harmony voice AI platform on October 19.
Harmony is a voice AI agent platform designed for enterprise sales teams. The platform uses voice technology acquired from OneAI and is now available to mid-market and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore.
The platform uses proprietary, task-specific large language models to manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, objection handling, and warm transfers to human representatives. The system operates with response times of approximately 200 milliseconds.
Zacks featured Monday.com on its "Best Growth Stocks to Buy for October 20th" list on Tuesday, maintaining a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy) designation. The firm noted a roughly 1.5% upward revision in current-year earnings estimates over the past 60 days.
The company was named a Zacks "Bull of the Day" on October 15. The broader analyst community maintains a consensus moderate buy rating with an average price target above current levels.
The stock has recovered from its late-September lows near $76 to $79. Barclays and JPMorgan previously expressed caution about the pace of core business growth in earlier sessions.
