Minnesota voter records subpoenaed in federal probe
Investing.com -- The Minnesota secretary of state's office has received a grand jury subpoena requiring it to provide certain individual voter records as part of a federal investigation, CBS News reported on Thursday.
The investigation is examining whether non-U.S. citizens are registered to vote or have unlawfully cast ballots, according to sources with direct knowledge cited by CBS News.
The probe is being conducted by the U.S. Justice Department and Department of Homeland Security, CBS News said.
