MS NOW, CNN and Politico sue Trump over White House ban

Investing.com -- Three news organizations filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration on Monday after President Donald Trump announced plans to ban them from White House grounds. MS NOW, CNN and Politico said the action violates their First Amendment rights.

The outlets notified the government they were filing the lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Emergency hearings in the case could take place as soon as this week, according to CNN.
