Lincoln International targets up to $421M in US IPO

Investing.com -- Lincoln International and some of its existing stockholders are seeking to raise as much as $421 million through an initial public offering in the United States, the boutique investment bank said Monday.
The multinational independent investment bank filed to sell 21,049,988 shares on the New York Stock Exchange at a price range of $18 to $20 per share. Lincoln International will sell 20,604,046 shares of Class A common stock, while existing stockholders will sell 445,942 shares.
The company plans to list under the ticker LCLN. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley are serving as lead bookrunners for the offering.
Additional underwriters include BMO Capital Markets, Citizens Capital Markets, Evercore ISI, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance.
