Investing.com -- InfuSystem Holdings, Inc (NYSE: INFU) shares rose 1% in early trading Tuesday following the disclosure that Barry G. Steele, the company's Executive Vice President and CFO, purchased shares of the company's common stock.
Steele acquired 2,064 shares on Monday at $9.16 per share, for a total transaction value of $18,906. The purchase represents an insider buy, which can signal confidence in the company's prospects.
Following the transaction, Steele directly owns 88,000 shares of InfuSystem Holdings. This total includes 1,359 shares acquired through the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
