GMR Solutions targets up to $797.9 million in U.S. IPO

Investing.com -- Private equity-backed emergency medical services provider GMR Solutions filed on Monday for an initial public offering aimed at raising up to $797.9 million.
The company plans to offer 31,914,893 shares priced between $22 and $25 per share on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker GMRS.
GMR Solutions Inc., which operates under the primary brand Global Medical Response, describes itself as the largest provider of emergency medical services and integrated out-of-hospital care in the United States. The company is backed by private equity firm KKR.
The offering is being led by J.P. Morgan, KKR, BofA Securities, Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup, Evercore ISI, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank. Capital One Securities, Loop Capital Markets, Regions Securities LLC, and Strong Capital Markets are also serving as underwriters.
