Exclusive: Alpha Modus agrees authorized reseller agreement with tech firm
Investing.com -- Alpha Modus Corp. has entered into a patent license and authorized reseller agreement with an unnamed U.S.-based technology integrator, Investing.com has learned.
According to people familiar with the matter, under the intellectual property license, the technology integrator has been given a non-exclusive, worldwide license to practice defined Alpha Modus patents.
These patents are said to cover in-store assistance, real-time shopper analytics and personalized retail engagement. The partner must pay 10% of the gross revenue earned from the licensed products as a royalty. There will be quarterly reporting and payment terms.
As part of the deal, Alpha Modus will become a non-exclusive reseller of the partner’s digital-signage platform and related services, with terms including a 30% discount from the current list price.
The deal creates mutual market access, letting Alpha Modus use the partner’s display screens to deliver its AI tools and expanding the partner’s presence in data-focused stores.
Furthermore, it is seen as a boost to Alpha Modus’s ecosystem, aligning with the company’s long-term growth plan, while demonstrating the strength of its intellectual property and increasing adoption of its products.
