EU prepares for potential talks with Putin, FT says
Investing.com -- European Union leaders are preparing for potential negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Financial Times reported on Thursday, citing a senior official.
European Council President António Costa said he saw "potential" for the EU to negotiate with Putin, according to the report. Costa indicated the bloc had received backing from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to pursue such discussions.
