Doncasters shares surge 33% in New York debut

Investing.com -- Doncasters Group shares rose 33.3% on their first day of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday.
The Derby, United Kingdom-based aerospace and defense manufacturer opened at $44 per share, above its initial public offering price of $33.
The company raised $919.3 million through its IPO, selling 27.9 million shares. The offering price exceeded the marketed range of $28 to $32 per share.
The aerospace and defense sector has seen several strong IPO performances in recent months. Arxis shares jumped nearly 36% during its Nasdaq debut in April.
