Dell Technologies stock climbs after AI security deal

November 3, 2026 10:01 AM EST

Dell Technologies Inc stock rose 4.6% in morning trading on Tuesday, following a two-session drop of approximately 17% that was triggered by Intel Corp's warning about weakening PC demand and increased memory costs.

The stock recovery came as Super Micro Computer Inc released its fiscal first quarter 2027 earnings report on Tuesday. The company had previously raised its preliminary revenue guidance to between $18.5 billion and $19.5 billion, indicating continued strength in enterprise AI infrastructure spending.

Dell Technologies and CrowdStrike Holdings Inc announced an integrated AI security solution for the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA Corp. The partnership allows enterprise customers to purchase AI infrastructure and security capabilities together under a single framework.

The collaboration incorporates CrowdStrike's Falcon platform to protect AI workloads, agents, and applications. The partnership supports Dell's strategy of developing a comprehensive AI ecosystem and expands its presence in the enterprise security market.

Dell Technologies also submitted a Form 4 insider filing on Tuesday, in line with standard SEC disclosure requirements.
