Csquare targets up to $1.35 billion in US initial offering
Investing.com -- Data center provider Csquare said Monday it plans to raise as much as $1.35 billion through its initial public offering in the United States.
The Delaware-based company filed to offer 50,000,000 shares of common stock, according to a regulatory filing.
The company set an expected price range of $23.00 to $27.00 per share for the offering. Csquare submitted an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "CSQR."
Morgan Stanley, TD Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as lead underwriters for the offering. Additional underwriters include BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets, and Scotiabank.
Jefferies, J.P. Morgan, RBC Capital Markets, and Societe Generale will also participate as underwriters. Brookfield Capital Solutions, CIBC Capital Markets, National Bank of Canada Capital Markets, and PNC Capital Markets LLC round out the underwriting group.
