Investing.com -- CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. shares dropped 4.1% in morning trading on Friday, pulling back from an opening price of $247.45 that had approached the stock's 52-week high of $250.32.

Bernstein SocGen reiterated a Market Perform rating on the cybersecurity company with a price target of $132, suggesting the stock trades at a substantial premium to the firm's assessment of fair value. The call followed Bernstein's decision on Wednesday to downgrade Palo Alto Networks, Okta, and SentinelOne to Neutral, citing valuations at or above fair value after the group posted gains of approximately 100% since early 2026.

Chief Executive Officer George Kurtz sold roughly $4.85 million in shares on September 15 and 16 through a pre-arranged 10b5-1 plan. Board director Gerhard Watzinger sold approximately $28.6 million in shares on September 16. Both transactions occurred near the stock's 52-week high and were disclosed ahead of Friday's session.

The stock has climbed roughly 110% year-to-date.

Stephens raised its price target on CrowdStrike to $280 from $260 while keeping an Overweight rating, citing expanding AI-driven cybersecurity demand and growth prospects in Cloud Security, NG-SIEM, and NG-Identity.
