CoreWeave stock rose 5.6% in afternoon trading on Tuesday as several analysts issued positive ratings on the AI cloud infrastructure company.

Rosenblatt Securities analyst John McPeake initiated coverage with a Buy rating and set a $250 price target, the highest on Wall Street. McPeake said CoreWeave is well positioned to capture demand from large organizations deploying both open-source and closed-source AI models. He noted the company's ability to raise GPU prices while demand continues to grow.

Truist Securities maintained its Buy rating with a $165 price target. The firm pointed to CoreWeave's cumulative pricing increase of about 37.5% across its GPU SKUs since July. The company raised prices by 25% in the summer and added another 10% increase, indicating strong pricing power in a supply-constrained market.

Compass Point kept its $150 Buy target on the stock. The firm highlighted CoreWeave's recently launched Forge platform, which was unveiled at the company's Fully Connected conference. The platform connects production feedback with model diagnostics and performance tools, which analysts said should improve customer retention and drive additional spending on training and inference workloads.
