Boeing secures $7.2 billion in defense contracts for helicopters and aircraft

Investing.com -- Boeing (NYSE: BA) has secured multiple defense contracts worth over $7.2 billion for military aircraft production and support services.

The U.S. Department of War awarded Boeing's Mesa, Arizona facility a $4.69 billion firm-fixed-price contract for new AH-64E Apache attack helicopters, Longbow crew trainers, and related components. The contract includes spares and accessories, with work scheduled for completion by May 30, 2032. The project is funded through Foreign Military Sales to Poland, Egypt, and Kuwait, with $2.3 billion already obligated.

In a separate award, Boeing Defense, Space & Security in Seattle received a $2.47 billion modification to an existing contract for Lot 12 Production Aircraft, along with G081 subscriptions and licenses. This work will be performed in Seattle with completion expected by June 30, 2029. The contract is funded through fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement funds.

Additionally, the Bell Boeing Joint Project Office in Amarillo, Texas was awarded a $10.24 million modification to provide maintenance, logistics, and program management support for V-22 modification and retrofit requirements across Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy aircraft. This work will be distributed across facilities in San Diego, Jacksonville, Ridley Park, Kaneohe Bay, and Fort Worth, with completion expected in November 2026.
