Bloom Energy stock fell 6.7% in morning trading on Monday to $261.69 after the company announced it will release third-quarter 2026 financial results on October 22, 2026, after market close.
The decline comes as investors adjust positions before the earnings report, which follows the company's record-breaking second-quarter results that showed $1.065 billion in revenue and a doubling of full-year guidance.
The stock also faces pressure from uncertainty around Project Jupiter. Oracle invoked a force majeure clause in late September on the large New Mexico AI data center campus, which was designed to use Bloom's solid oxide fuel cell systems. The delay could affect the timing of fuel-cell installations and revenue recognition for Bloom Energy.
