Investing.com -- Best Buy Co.'s (NYSE: BBY) chief digital, analytics and technology officer Brian Tilzer is leaving the company, according to Bloomberg.
Tilzer joined the electronics retailer in 2018 after previously serving as chief digital officer at CVS Health Corp. During his tenure at Best Buy, he played a key role in overseeing the development of apps and implementing generative AI technology to enhance customer support efficiency.
A Best Buy spokesperson has confirmed Tilzer's departure from the company but did not provide information about who will take over his responsibilities.
