Bending Spoons shares rise 7% in U.S. market debut

Investing.com -- Bending Spoons shares climbed nearly 7% during their first day of trading in the United States on Wednesday, valuing the Italian technology company at $19.7 billion.
The company set its initial public offering price at $29.00 per share, above the proposed range of $26 to $28.
The IPO consisted of 57,971,015 ordinary shares. Bending Spoons is offering 34,398,640 shares while certain selling shareholders are offering 23,572,375 shares. The company will not receive proceeds from the shares sold by the selling shareholders.
Shares trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol BSP.
